Last night was Pine Wood Derby for Scouts at church. This is the first time that Dimitri has had a chance to participate, so we were not sure what to expect. They make it very official with a wood track, judges, no more than 5oz. cars, double elimination, just to name a few. Dimitri's car did not fair very well once the wheel came off. We had a good time watching the races and the amazing job all the boys did on their cars. He was awarded for Outstanding Workmanship.

Dimitri's Car looks great. I'll bet he had a little help from Mom on this project. This brings back some very fond memories. Grandpa is very proud of his work. Give him a big hug from Grandma and Grandpa Lodge
